ABOUT MIRA GRANT
Seanan McGuire (pen name Mira Grant) was born and raised in California and to this day resides there. Her debut novel, Feed, blends horror and sci-fi and was published in 2010. As Mira Grant she tends to write sci-fi horror novels and to to date she has has won the John W. Campbell Award for Best New Writer in 2010 and the Hugo Award for Best Novella in 2017. She has also been nominated for Multiple Hugo, Shirley Jackson, and World Fantasy Awards, among others.

To date, Mira Grant has written more than 20 books across two series with some standalones and short fiction novels. She mostly writes sci-fi books with some horror aspects to them. Her series include Newsflesh and Parasitology, which are both trilogies. She has also written many novels under the names Seanan McGuire and A. Deborah Baker.
