The Lambda Literary Foundation was founded over 30 years ago with a mission to support all LGBTQIA+ writers, and believe that through telling queer stories LGBTQIA+ writers have their lives and cultures affirmed.

YallWest is a free Young Adult literature festival that brings together authors and readers to foster the love of books and the bookish community!
The Book Truck
The Book Truck is an LA based non-profit dedicated to putting books in the hands of youth in underserved communities - at no cost to the child.
826LA
826LA provides free writing classes and tutoring to youth aged 6-18, as well as resources for teachers to inspire their students to write!
The Trevor Project
The Trevor Project project believe that LGBTQIA+ youth deserve to survive and thrive. Since 1998 they have been on the mission to end LGBTQIA+ youth suicide.
