Michelle Gray (she/they) is a designer, illustrator, and creator who specializes in vector illustrations and editorial design. She has worked with brands like Simply Skin and Hasbro.
Michelle has worked with OwlCrate for many years, creating graphics and designs for both OwlCrate YA and OwlCrate Jr.

OwlCrate has worked with Michelle to create some amazing designs for graphics as well as for many of our products, ranging from book covers to journal covers to all types of bookish items.

Michelle also designed many of our YA Fantasy monthly box items, including the As Travars Wooden Wall Banner from our May 2022 'The Chosen Ones' OwlCrate box, a wax seal kit inspired by Dance of Thieves and featured in the May 2023 'Against All Odds' OwlCrate box, and the Librarian Socks from our March 2023 'Let's Rewrite History' OwlCrate box. She is also the designer behind our stunning Parts Unknown Reading Planner, which was featured in the November 2023 'Perilous Travels' OwlCrate box.
Beyond the monthly boxes, Michelle also designed the Follow Your Destiny Socks, which are an OwlCrate Shop exclusive item!

Items featuring Michelle's designs were also featured in many of our OwlCrate Jr boxes, such as the Book Charades Game from the March 2023 'Family Ties' box, a Frostheart-inspired Felt Creature Craft Kit featured in the August 2022 'Mythical Beasts' OwlCrate Jr box, and a creativity deck from the July 2022 'Jump Off the Page' OwlCrate Jr box featuring 52 different writing and drawing prompts.
