ABOUT CHLOE C. PEÑARANDA
Chloe C. Peñaranda (aka. C C. Peñaranda) is a USA Today bestselling author of young adult and adult fantasy / romantasy. She self published her debut high fantasy novel, An Heir Comes to Rise in 2021.
Chloe was born and resides in Scotland with her three dogs. Before becoming a published author, she studied graphic design and animation at university and she enjoys creating art in her free time.
