Here's what you can expect to find in our December 2021 box...

About the book:

Our December book mixes West African mythology with The Little Mermaid, in a story about a mermaid who helps guide home the souls of people who die at sea. But when she does the unthinkable and saves the life of a living boy, her world is turned upside down.

We will be including a beautiful exclusive edition of the book which will feature an exclusive cover, a reversible dust jacket (artist to be revealed soon), a fully colored printed hardcover case, exclusive end pages, and GILDED EDGES! Every book will also be signed and come with a letter from the author!

About the rest of the goodies: 

Items included will be inspired by Percy Jackson, Fable, To Kill a Kingdom, A Darker Shade of Magic, The Mermaid The Witch and The Sea, and more! This box will also contain the fourth and final seasonal drinkware item in our ongoing collection with Macarena Chomik, celebrating the winter season! 

Sneak Peek #1:

Every December box will include an exclusive item designed by the lovely Chatty Nora! It’s always a delight to work with Chatty Nora and she’s designed an item that Percy Jackson fans are going to truly adore. It’s beautiful and super useful!

Dust Jack Artist Reveal:

Every book included in our December will feature a reversible dust jacket with artwork by the amazing Laylie Frazier! We’ve been following Laylie’s work for quite awhile, and when we saw her series depicting mermaids we knew she’d be the perfect person to work with for our December book artwork! The piece she has illustrated for this dust jacket is so incredibly beautiful. We can’t wait for you to see it!

Sneak Peek #2:

Every December box will include the final piece in our drinkware collection with Macarena Chomik! This piece of drinkware will be in celebration of the winter season. Macarena has designed the perfect item for you to use when you want to get extra cozy!

Sneak Peek #3:

Every box will include an exclusive item illustrated by the talented Nicole Deal! We are so obsessed with Nicole’s character art and we love every opportunity we have to work with her. She’s illustrated a beautiful and useful item for this box that you’re sure to love!
