Gray Wolf Island is so underrated! In this story we follow Ruby who, at the request of her dead sister Sadie, is on a journey to Gray Wolf Island to find its mythical treasure. She is joined by a group of other misfits, all with their own secrets and reasons for coming along. It is a heartbreaking and exciting adventure that explores a deep and unforgettable group of friends.

We Hunt the Flame by Hafsah Faizal

Welcome to Arawiya, a kingdom slowly being engulfed in shadows. Zafira disguises herself as a boy in order to hunt in the cursed Arz forest, turning herself into a legend in the kingdom. She is sent on a quest to recover an artifact that will restore magic to the land and heal it of its shadows - the only trouble is Nasir, the Prince of Death, is also sent to retrieve the artifact, and to kill the Hunter.

Invictus by Ryan Graudin

All Far has ever wanted to do is explore history himself, but when all that comes crashing down after failing his time-travelling exam, he decides to crew a ship with a group of his friends as part of a black market scheme to steal valuable items from the past. This sort of sci-fi sort of historical fiction time-travelling romp is a wonderful adventure that will have you on the edge of your seat!

The Gilded Wolves by Roshani Chokshi

Set in an alternate version of 1889 Paris, in The Gilded Wolves we follow Séverin as he goes on a quest for the powerful Order of Babel. They need him to retrieve an ancient artifact, and in return they will restore his rightful inheritance. Joined by a group of friends you will not be able to help but fall for, Séverin finds there is more at stake than what he originally thought.

Daughter of the Pirate King by Tricia Levenseller

On a mission to retrieve a map the will lead her to an ancient hidden treasure, Alosa allows herself to be captured by a rival pirate crew in order to search their ship. The only problem, her captor - the clever (and okay, attractive) first mate Riden. It’s fast-paced pirate adventure that is full of charm and humour!

Spin the Dawn by Elizabeth Lim

Maia dreams of being an incredible tailor, but as a girl there isn’t much hope of this happening. That is until a royal messenger comes to her village to bring her father to compete to be the next Imperial Tailor. Hatching a plan, she disguises herself as a boy and takes her father’s place. In her final task in the competition she must create three dresses, made from the laughter of the sun, the tears of the moon, and the blood of stars. This sends her on an epic journey to the corners of the kingdom, and it’s no easy thing to achieve.
